Yes indeedy we did! I am very excited to announce that my husband and I have purchased our first house and will be moving in later this year. I wrote last year about the struggle we were having to make a decision, so it is truly wonderful to have made it!
I won’t share where we will be moving but I am looking forward to sharing some of the renovation adventures with you. The house we bought has lovely bones, but has been rented out for a number of years. She’s looking quite sad at the moment, but with a bit of elbow grease we’re confident she’ll be absolutely gorgeous. And so wonderful to be ready to put down roots!

I am not the world’s most patient person, so I’m sure it will be a personal struggle to work at a realistic pace, not a perfectionist one!
On the more practical side, that means that I may be absent from here a bit. I’m trying to get ahead on some content for you all, but I know that when we’re in the throes of moving it will be harder to write. So please bear with me and I’ll do my best to keep my end up!
