As part of my ongoing capsule wardrobe project, I have been hunting for a good pair of black knee boots for the longest time. I wanted something that had a bit of heel, but was still comfortable enough to walk, dance, stand and just function generally. Uncomfortable shoes are so 2019, amiright?
Enter, these pull on black suede knee boots from one of my favourite shops. These were in my sights and I pounced in a recent sale. They slide on beautifully and are both chic and comfortable. As they’re pull on boots, I do find they wiggle down a little bit, but definitely not a disappointing puddle at the ankle. Just a little wrinkle.
These look amazing with dresses and skirts, as well as jeans. While we’re making our way into summer down under, that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty of opportunity to pull these out on the cool spring days. Being such a classic boot, they’ll definitely be ready for you when winter comes around again too!
