I have written before about my favourite overnight face mask. But today I’d like to give a little air time to my favourite power-house moisturiser. My skin tends to lean dry, which ironically leads to more breakouts when I don’t keep it hydrated. I was struggling with this a lot in 2020, and turned to Neutrogena Hydro Boost in desperation.


It worked! It worked so darn well I’ve been using it ever since. I did take a break in 2021 when I tried going all natural to help with infertility (entirely scientific, no. Any port in a storm, yes). I just couldn’t find any all-natural products that gave the same effects, so I’ve gone back to it.

I find you don’t need much of it, so it lasts for ages. It’s also a decent price-point considering how well it works. The hyaluronic acid is the key player in this one, which helps your skin keep hydrated for longer. I put it on after cleansing before bed each night and it works a treat.

    I have quite a few ways I can set all of this up and do this for you as the new year kicks into gear. I don’t mean to impose, I was just curious. I’ve been doing this for some time and was just curious if you needed an extra hand.
