Hello lovely readers! We’re back with another reading challenge for this new year. This year, we’ll be doing something a little different with the reading list.
In 2022 and 2023, I wrote out a list of 20 and 23 books, respectively. They had to be books that I hadn’t read before, and I needed to read finish them between January and December of that year. I enjoyed both years, and hope you did too.
This year, my goal is to read at least 24 books. That’s right. No upper limit, just a lower limit. I will aim to review at least 24 books on the blog this year. However, I won’t have a set list that is outlined here. This allows me to hunt out new books, but also allows me to revisit and review books I’ve read before through the year. Hopefully this keeps things interesting both for me reading and you, reading the reviews of the reading!
Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for the first review of 2024, and thank you for being here!

[…] Each year, my husband gets me a controversial book for Christmas. I love this tradition, as it is always thought provoking, and is usually out of the norm for what I read. This year, he not only gave me a controversial read (a review on that to come), but he also found a slightly obscure trilogy from Norway. So today we have a review of Kristin Lavransdatter: Book I The Wreath by Sigrid Undset. This is book number two of my 24 in 2024 challenge. […]
[…] While browsing a book shop, I came across a little volume by Anne Bronte. Agnes Grey is the first novel written by Anne, who went on to write Tenant of Wildfell Hall and a collection of poems. Her sisters, Charlotte and Emily are known for their more famous (and darker) works. But Anne’s little book might be the Bronte you haven’t read yet. This is book number three in the 24 in 2024 reading challenge. […]
